What's Fowlers Gap like?

Welcome to Fowlers Gap! Looking north along the Silver City Highway towards Fowlers Gap (the gap in the hills) and Fowlers Gap Station.
Looking towards The Quarters across the pool. Great for a dip on the long hot summer afternoons.
In front of The Quarters, a shady oasis. Great for barbies!
A typical room in The Quarters. 8 twin-share rooms with shared bathrooms, plus additional accommodation in the Flat (attached) for up to 4 more).
The covered verandah on the front of The Quarters. Great place to sit and enjoy a "cool drink" in the evening!
Lectures in the multi-purpose room in The Quarters. Seats anywhere between 0 and 80!
The multi-purpose room comes alive at night!
The Dorm. Sleeps 38 in two rooms! Two shared bathrooms.
Inside The Dorm, one of the two bunkrooms. Note: mattresses not to be used as lilos on Fowlers Creek when it rains!
Kitchen and general purpose room in The Dorm. Can get pretty busy!
Teaching at Fowlers Gap. An excellent field workshop with loads of exciting regolith and a fantastic landscape evolution story!
One of the best views in northwestern NSW. This is what regolith-landform mapping is all about! On top of one of the sandstone ridges, with Fowlers Gap in the background. What a great way to enjoy field mapping!
