Land Use Advisory Council (LUAC)

LUAC provides advice on land use and environmental management issues, and facilitates collaborative interaction and research applications with end-users in natural resource management (NRM). Its members are drawn mostly from, but do not necessarily represent, government, semi-government, research and community groups, that span both research generators and users. It reports to the LEME Board through its Chair.

Dr Richard George (below) replaced Mr Warwick McDonald as LUAC Chair in November 2006.
