LUAC provided advice on land use and environmental management
issues and facilitated collaborative interaction and research applications
with end-users in natural resource management (NRM). Its members
were drawn mostly from, but did not necessarily represent, government,
semi-government, research and community groups that span both research
generators and users. It reported to the LEME Board through its Chair.
