THE LEME LEGACY - LEME research outputs 1996 to 2008

Thematic volumes, Explorers Guides, compilation of digital regolith-landform Maps, technical reports, case histories, journal articles, refereed conference papers and teaching materials.

LEME was committed to the rapid production of high quality publications and information products, in digital and hardcopy form, as a means of knowledge transfer to stakeholders and the general public. Expeditious production of publications was achieved by in-house desktop ppublishing, generally with limited print runs, increasingly available in digital form.

LEME's principal publications were the standard-series Open File Reports, Monographs, papers in scientific journals and Internet releases. LEME Open File Reports and monographs are publications in the literal sense, in that they are works of scientific merit, produced on a recurring basis that carry author and organisational attribution, are internally refereed, are citable and are subject to copyright. LEME scientists also published research papers in refereed external journals.

Open File Reports are hosted on the LEME web site in PDF form, where they will remain freely available until the site's closure in mid-2013. They are listed in the index of Open File Reports.
